We are The Lynx Rufus, a scientific newspaper written and run by students at Ohio University. We write about what we find interesting, hoping you will find it interesting as well.
Our Story
The Lynx Rufus was started by a group of students at Ohio University who shared a passion for science and honest journalism. Finding that on-campus science magazines were lacking, we started our own, basing our name on our mascot, the bobcat.
We believe at the Lynx Rufus that if you can dream it, you can write it. That's why there's such a variety of stories, covering everything from chemistry to the environment to psychology and more.
